I took Liz to the doctor the other day for a skin rash she's had for a while now. While in the waiting room (with several other people) Liz started picking her nose. This is a habit many kids practice and from what I've read, it's best to just ignore it. But when her finger started going into her mouth, I had to say something -
You need a tissue for that, you will get sick if you eat it.
NO I won't. I eat lots and lots and lots of boogers and I'm not sick!
We are a family of five from Austin, Texas who will be living in Shanghai, China for at least the next year. This is mainly for friends and family to keep up with what we're doing and hear about our latest adventures, but also for those who are interested in seeing what the expat life is like for a family from the US living in China.
